In this episode I sit down with my good mate Mitch Currie and we talk about the evolution of the healing space and where people are getting stuck. These days everyone is talking about trauma and brokenness and everything that is wrong with them. Awareness is important, but if we keep feeding the story of our wounds we just create more of it. When we set our attention on what is wrong, it grows. We end up looking for problems that may not even be there. We speak about the difference between healing from pain and living in the identity of pain. Healing is not about repeating the story of how broken you are. It is about coming back to the truth of who you are. Strength, responsibility and the willingness to step into something greater. We also talk about social media, phones, iPads and the technology our kids are surrounded by. It is not going away. It is about the information they receive and the space we hold for them. The example we set becomes their real guidance and protection.Another big message we share is loving yourself first. You cannot pour into your kids if you are empty. You cannot put your kids first if you are not taking care of yourself. If you are not being the best version of you then your kids will not receive the best version of you. It starts with you.We finish by speaking about our upcoming retreat on the 13th of December. This space is for anyone ready to step into a deeper version of themselves. Men and women are welcome. Spots are already filling up so reach out if you feel called. Only a few spaces left.Tune in and enjoy the conversation.

S2 EP16 | Life Is Always Becoming
In this solo episode I sit with the raw rhythm of life and everything it keeps teaching me. Life doesn’t pause for any of us. It keeps unfolding, shifting, breaking apart and coming back together, and all we can really do is meet it as it is. When we stop fighting what is and start adapting, accepting and moving with it, life becomes an adventure again instead of a burden.I talk about the trap of blaming others, even the systems and governments that feel corrupt and broken. Pointing the finger outward never brings change. Real change begins when we turn that pointer back to ourselves and decide who we want to be in the middle of all the chaos.I move into the reality of death and rebirth, how a hard season can feel like an ending when it’s actually the start of something forming underneath. The fall and the rise happening at the same time. One world dissolving while another slowly appears, like walking a quiet bridge between what was and what is becoming.I also share a little about my new book coming out around Christmas and into the new year, something created to support anyone who is sitting in a difficult chapter and trying to find their way through. It’s a guide back to your own real power, helping you move from the world you feel stuck in toward the world that’s waiting for you on the other side. And at the end of the episode I leave you with a small piece of music to close the space and settle the heart.Tune in, breathe, and walk with me through this one.

S2 EP15 | Finding Strength in Our Stories
In this episode, Kels opens up about her journey over the past eight weeks, the shifts she has made, the lessons from running, and the moments she has fallen back into old habits. She shares vulnerably about stress eating, self awareness, and how watching Corey at his recent retreat reignited her own drive for growth. Together, we explore why sharing our stories matters, how real conversations can light the way for others, and how the deepest inspiration often comes from within, not from outside.

S2 EP14 | When Distraction Looks Like Success
🎙️ Podcast Title:When Distraction Looks Like SuccessEven the good distractions can keep you from facing yourself. In this conversation with Daniel Evans from Walkabout Warriors, we walk back into his childhood. Into the things no kid should ever have to carry. Into the silent shadows that still lived inside him even while he was playing rugby league. He talks about how footy, fitness and even success can become armour. How they can become a distraction from what lives underneath. When the games end, the crowd fades and the silence arrives, that is when the real work begins. We speak about the man he is now. The way he stands for community, culture and healing through his Aboriginal art, workshops and presence. A man reclaiming his story and walking others home in the process.
Planting Seeds with Soul is raw, unedited conversation. Some episodes are with my partner, others with guests who have lived through chaos, loss, addiction, love and transformation. Nothing is off limits. It is like sitting inside a live therapy session where people open their hearts, share their truths, and let it all out. These stories carry pain, joy and everything in between, and by sharing them with the world, they just might help you heal too.
