Frawls, Burkey & Moss are back to review a fully mental Round 14 of the AIL and preview Round 15 before a break for Six Nations Super Saturday. Some teams have all but confirmed leagues while others are all but set for the drop.

The lads review Round 12 of the Energia AIL and preview the last game of this block of 3. 
Just when you thought Moss couldn't get any worse, he has his lowest week yet in Ace of Clubs. Ruadhan McDonnell still leads the way but it is still tight behind, sponsored by Cahill Apparel.
We are joined by Adam Craig and Clayton Milligan of Ballynahinch RFC. They talk to us about their aspraitions for the rest of the season, and the pride in coaching and playing for the Irish Club Team.

We are back in the AIL flow! Round 11 of the league took place over the weekend, in horrific conditions all over the country. The lads review the weekend's mudfeasts and preview Round 12, whoch could be more of the same, judging by the weather forecast. 
After a weekend of suprising results, Ace of Clubs was difficult for all, with 22 winning the week. The lowest score in a long time. Ruadhan McDonnell still leads the way but it is tight behind, sponsored by Cahill Apparel.
We are joined by Eddie Fraher and Dave O'Halloran of Thomond RFC. They talk to us about their excellent transition from Munster Junior to 2C, and the plans for the club moving forward and how they are keeping things in perspective.

The lads are back after their Christmas break. They review Round 10 of the AIL and preview Round 11, the first game of the next block of three. The lads get impatient towards the end due to a 4 hour recording because Frawls didn't pay his WiFi bill.
