Exercise as medicine - Andy Dunne
Your body is a beautiful thing...look after it. Not sure I've met a physiotherapist with as much knowledge about the body as Andy. Simply incredible. Though he doesn't have the credentials of a doctor - I'd see him very close to one following this chat. He specialises in getting you back on track through various supervised lifestyle programmes. Andy and his team treat their clients with warmth...a key ingredient for recovery that can be easily forgotten. Thoroughly enjoyed listening to him myself. Keep doing what you're doing Andy. The world needs more people like you!
Life isn’t linear. It’s organic. We all have the chance to enrich our lives and those around us. But you must look within and get to know yourself better to realize your true potential.
I’m Dave Burke and throughout my conversations on Finding Your Element we speak to people doing just that. So do something that makes you feel alive!
