    Division 2 side East Galway United will attempt to pull off one of the biggest shocks in FAI Junior Cup history this Sunday (12th April 2026) when they host Premier Division leaders Colga.

    One of three all-Galway ties, the winners will advance to the national stage of the elite competition for junior clubs across the country.

    Leading up to the game, East Galway United chairperson Alan Madden joined Galway Bay FM's Darren Kelly for a chat about the big match, the club  and another important outing for their under-16 girls team in Eamonn Deacy Park that evening.
