This week we are starting a new series, The Other Bennet Sister. Focusing on Mary Bennet we get to see the world through the middle sister’s eyes and we immediately relate to her.

Tim Curry has become an important part of the podcast over the years. A third pillar of excellence we love to include. We were very sorry to learn of his passing and wanted to acknowledge him and his legacy with this short episode. Rest in Peace Tim Curry.

This week we wrap up Folk Horror Summer! We talk themes, favorites, and what’s up next for the podcast.

As our final entry into Folk Horror Summer we are playing a folk horror game called The Excavation of Hob’s Barrow. This very fun point and click, from Cloak & Dagger and Wadjet Eye was the perfect culmination, with similarities to all of the movies we watched this summer.

This week is our last movie of Folk Horror Summer, The Devil’s Bath, and it really brought us full circle, touching on many of the themes of our previous movies.
