EP1: Stuart Lancaster: Leadership, Failure & Desire to Get Better
Stuart Lancaster is a highly experienced professional rugby coach who has worked at all levels of the game. He has played professionally, coached at academy level, first team level and international level as well as coaching overseas in France and Ireland. I sat down with Stuart after he had just been released from Racing 92 and before he took his role at Connacht. Stuart spoke about the challenges of leading in a different language, dealing with players who have lost the desire to improve, the difference between international and club teams, delivering tough feedback and how to create a culture. Stuart is someone that is constantly trying to improve and while Stuarts field is rugby, he is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to leadership and coaching. So, if you're looking to build a team, sharpen your leadership skills or learn what it's like running a professional sports team, this episode is for you. Enjoy!

EP14: Starting a Podcast - The Good, The Bad & The Ugly
I had no idea at all what to expect when starting a podcast, what would be easy, what would be hard or what to expect. Before the podcast moves in a different direction, I thought it would be interesting to take you through the process of starting a podcast and what I learned throughout as well as some of the big mistakes I made and a couple of wins. It's a also a great time to introduce the plans moving forward and who I've brought on to help make the podcast better, so if you're interested, join me for a 20-minutes and find out all about it.

EP13: Marcus Watson - Winning an Olympic Medal, Toughest Opponents & Career Reflections
In this episode I speak with an old teammate of mine, Marcus Watson. Marcus had a really diverse career that saw him compete at the Olympics, tour the world with England 7's and compete at the highest level of club rugby in both the U.K and Italy. What I think you'll learn most from Marcus is how to reflect on your experiences in a healthy way. One of the benefits of a conversation like this is that you get to see how people were really experiencing events in a way that would have been hard to observe at the time. For example, Marcus talks about how winning an Olympic medal left him feeling fairly apathetic despite his expectations. Enjoy!
Human Alchemy is a podcast focused on people who have trained themselves to go from ordinary to exceptional. Alchemy is the mystical practice of turning lead into gold and we speak to people who have managed the human equivalent. While there is a focus on performance, the podcast focuses on the moment or phase of change where someone starts to become something else and dives into how it was achieved. Every now and then there will be an episode focused purely on one topic which will be called a 'Ross Examination' (For those early listeners you'll be familiar with the name) where I'll try to focus in on the key performance drivers of said topic. Enjoy!
