How does a revival of Twin Peaks come together? That’s what your host John is looking into. What began from Frost contacting Lynch in 2012 with an inkling of an idea, turned into two years of writing over 400 pages, two important simultaneous tweets, Lynch leaving then returning, and 140 days of filming, not to mention the months of post-production. This is a wide overview of the production history of the Twin Peaks limited event series that aired on Showtime in 2017.
