S22 Ep310: Interview: Jon Paul Crimi ~ The Miracle of Breath, The Healing of Hearts!

    25/04/2026 | 54 mins.
    *Hey all*
so grateful that you've found this little pod of mine and are ready (I hope!) to listen to another human's tale of redemption, of magic, of connection and miracle!
This time I am introducing the fab Jon Paul Crimi, who has spent time in the darkness, in the long dark night of the soul, and who has found the treasure, who has found the gift, which he is saltily bringing to the rest of us (with a great big dose of truth as well!) His miracle moment is one borne out of connection and recognition-and should remind us all that we are one step away from everyone else and that we can be of service and kindness to all that come our way.
Jon Paul has been many things but especially is attempting to help us know ourselves deeply, as well as to heal those parts of us that are needing to come into the light. To read up about Jon Paul and his breathwork work, here is his website!
To check out his no-nonsense Insta, click here!
And to dive into his YouTube, click here!
Please rate and review...I would be ever so happy!
Your bit of beauty is this: a bit of 411 (does anyone say that anymore?) on what the Dark Night of the Soul is! Here is a link to an article by Kosmos Journal, to read up a bit about it. The author says, "A dark night of the soul is a kind of initiation, taking you from one phase of life into another." But also, it's a period of fecundity and rest, everyone, and should be revered for the time that it is: a time to reset, to dream big dreams, and heal what needs tending to.

S22 Ep309: Interview: Rev. Dr. Keith Haney ~ Our Voices Can Heal Worlds!

    14/04/2026 | 49 mins.
Hi all! My guest this time, Rev. Dr. Keith Haney, shares a story that reminds us all that our voices are so much more powerful than we can imagine!
It all happened one day when Rev. Dr. Haney was asked to pray for a young woman in the hospital, and help with her transition as everyone expected her to die! Rev. Dr. Haney was astounded-how could he help her with this? How was his voice going to matter? But then...the miracle! I'm not going to ruin it for you but suffice it to say that that day changed worlds, and made this podcaster so very happy!
To check out my guest's podcast, "Becoming Bridge Builders" click here!
His Insta, click here! And last, Rev. Dr. Haney's YouTube!
And finally, because Rev. Dr. Haney is so creative, his book, "Guided by Grace: A Narrative to Lead Organizational Change." Buy that here!
Thanks to all of you for listening...and I would so love a rating and a review, if you feel inspired to do so! It would mean the world!
Your bit of beauty is this: I was lucky enough to attend an event at Northwestern featuring indigenous photographers. Breathtaking, heart-breaking and challenging, indigenous photographers are asking us all to take a step back and view the world through their eyes. This YouTube states, "Native people and cultures often conceive of the living world holistically, choosing to act with deep respect for all forms of life and an appreciation for their interconnections. Land, water, elements, the cosmos, and all living beings are relatives to be treated as family." Watch here!
