Kinahan has settled down well in Portlaoise prison were he was given fresh bed sheets, six bottles of water, and even the Governor on his arrival.

Daniel Kinahan was charged before the Special Criminal Court with directing a criminal organisation after his dramatic extradition from Dubai this weekend.
In court, the cartel boss looked pale and shocked but he spoke confidently when he addressed the three Judges and told them ‘we all know I won’t be getting bail.’
The Government jet flew to the Emirates to collect Kinahan this weekend, 10 years after he relocated there after the outbreak of the Kinahan-Hutch feud.

The MV Matthew container ship which was seized when it was nabbed in Irish territorial waters with 2.2 tonnes of cocaine on board has finally been offloaded after costing the taxpayer and incredible €19m for repairs, storage, and crew costs.
The cocaine super ship has been sold for a nominal value of $1 and is expected to be used for scrap.
