Some dioceses keep the Ascension of the Lord feast on the actual day, forty days after Jesus' Resurrection which is Ascension Thursday.  However, many dioceses move the feast to the following Sunday.  These are the readings for the Feast of the Ascension of the Lord.  The other posting for today uses the readings for the Feast of St. Matthias, Apostle.
