Breaking the cycle isn’t just about stopping the bad—it’s about starting the good. Many of us have lived without a spoken blessing from those who raised us. But God has a different story—one where we can receive and give blessings that change everything. What words are shaping your life, and what words will you speak over others?
--------
Values To Live By
This message is not just a reflection on a national holiday—it’s a reminder of a deeper identity. As grateful as we are to live in this country, our ultimate allegiance is to King Jesus. He’s the one we long for. And He’s the one who shapes how we live, love, and remember—especially on weekends like this.
--------
Leaving
You don’t have to stay where you started. Leaving the past, owning your choices, and creating a new future is possible. We must leave behind patterns, take responsibility for our lives, and intentionally create something better. What are you willing to leave so you can step into something new?
--------
Forgetting
Some wounds feel like they’ll always define us. The words spoken over you as a child, the moments that stole your innocence—they still whisper in your mind. But God invites you to a different story. Forgetting doesn’t mean erasing—it means refusing to let the past define the future. Will you keeplooking back, or will you move forward?
--------
Forgiving
We carry the weight of past hurts—things said, things done, things never acknowledged. Forgiveness is not forgetting, but it is choosing freedom over resentment. Forgiveness is not about excusing the past—it’s about freeing your future. What would it look like to let go and move forward?

In 2016, Jeff and Jenny Geyer dreamed of starting a different kind of church for their community. A church where people can belong before believing. A church where people cannot wait to bring their friends. A church where next steps are clear and simple. A church where people willingly invest their money to make that type of church happen.
What began with two adults grew to sixteen adults in a Chick-fil-A. Together and committed, God began to shape and grow their dream into South Ridge, a church in southern Stafford County with the mission to lead people in a growing relationship with Jesus.
We want each community beyond the greater Fredericksburg area to experience what we are experiencing: a family of individuals that have found hope in Jesus, and simply want as many people as possible to experience that exact same hope.
