How can churches reach out to their community and manage change faithfully in an increasingly cross-cultural context? 

Jason Roach is joined by pastors Tony Uddin and Phil Woolley to explore how churches can navigate demographic, cultural and generational change with wisdom, patience and love. 

Drawing on decades of urban church leadership, they discuss grounding change in prayer, Scripture and a compelling vision; assessing church life honestly; and bringing people on the journey. 

They also tackle language barriers, communication styles and assumptions about class, leadership and belonging. This episode encourages churches to see change not simply as a source of disruption, but as an opportunity to reflect our communities, deepen discipleship and join in God’s mission.
