As soon as he moved into the room, a little sparrow, which seemed to be injured, appeared outside by the glass doors. The sparrow looked as though it wanted to come into the room. A few days passed, and the sparrow remained by the glass doors, observing …’

Could it have something to do with the effects that their body and mind have on the atmosphere around them? Are they somehow able to influence these strange phenomena to occur? Whatever exists beyond the veil of the world of the living, if anything exists at all, is it somehow attracted to the energy of these types of people?

‘We were stuck in a loop. I don’t know if I would classify it as a time loop, but whatever was in that clearing, it had us running in circles. We were absolutely terrified at this point as the shadow people were flitting about the place and the sounds that were coming from the woods had this horrible eerie quality to them. Before I go, I’d just like to also extend a thank you to Robin on Instagram, who kindly informed me that there was a slight error in Episode 68 - The Hauntings of Flitwick Manor and Himley Hall. 
 
At the time of the building work the Hotel wasn’t owned by the Menzies Group at all, but instead by West Register Hotels under the Royal Bank of Scotland. Incredibly, Robin actually worked with all the people mentioned in the episode and also had his own experience. 
 
Robin said that at the time the hotel had plastic laundry bins, and while he was working just off the main kitchen, he discovered the lid of one of these bins on the floor… over the opposite side of the kitchen. There had been nobody in the kitchen to have done this… another strange incident in the continuing story of Flitwick Manor, and a huge thank you to Robin for getting in touch.

Imagine that you’re on a lonely road, in the early hours of a hot and sticky night. Your journey has been completely uneventful…until now. When suddenly, you notice a figure at the side of the road, which quickly moves directly into your pathway. This all happens so quickly, that you don’t have time to react, and you end up hitting the figure head-on.

Screaming to a halt, you get out of the car, terrified that you might just find the body of the person you’ve just hit…but there isn’t a body…there isn’t a person…there’s nothing. No sign of damage, no blood, no screams…nothing at all. You get back into your car and get away from that location as quickly as possible.
