Embodying the Goddess: Sound, Tantra & the Feminine Path

    12/04/2026 | 1h 5 mins.
A grounded, insightful conversation with Cynthia Abulafia, author of Embodying the Goddess, where we explore the return to a feminine path of spirituality rooted in the body, sound, and lived experience.
We discuss how goddess traditions—centered on embodiment, vibration, and the sacredness of the body—have been overlooked or suppressed over time, and what it means to reconnect with them today.
Diving into the deeper meaning of Tantra beyond modern misconceptions, and the role of sound as a living expression of the divine feminine, this episode invites you to experience non-duality as something fully embodied (and not abstract or transcendent).

What Really Happens in an Akashic Records Healing Session

    03/04/2026 | 58 mins.
Is it possible to work with the Akashic Records in a healing session? My answer is a resounding yes! In this episode, I’m taking you inside my work with the Akashic Records and how I actually use them in healing sessions.
This is a question I get often: What do you really do in a session? How does it work? And can the Akashic Records truly help us transform our real-life issues?
I share my personal approach, including:
    - What the Akashic Records are (beyond the “new age” definition)
    - How I access them through attunement and intention
    - How energy clearing and transformation happens in the Akashic space
    - Why this work is not about predicting the future
    - What kinds of emotional, physical, and soul-level issues we can transform
    - Whether this type of session is for everyone
    - How my sessions can transform soul relationships — including recurring patterns, emotional blocks, and deep soul-level wounds.
I also speak about frequency, perception, and how working in this field changes the way we think, feel, and relate to our lives.
This episode will give you a grounded understanding of my method — whether you’re simply curious about the Akashic Records, or considering working with me.

From Performative Spirituality to Soul Truth: Healing, Writing & the Divine Feminine with Meg Calvin

    31/03/2026 | 1h
What is performative spirituality—and how do we move beyond it into real, embodied soul truth?
In this deep conversation, Meg Calvin shares her journey from structured religion to intuitive, lived spirituality—exploring writing as a healing practice, integrating generational trauma, and the return of the divine feminine.
Together, we unpack the subtle ways we “perform” spirituality… and what it takes to reconnect with authentic inner authority!
🌿 In this episode, we explore:
    - What performative spirituality looks like (and how to recognize it in yourself)
    - Writing as a tool for emotional healing, clarity, and transformation
    - The shift from religious structure to embodied spirituality
    - How women today can reclaim spiritual authority with the divine feminine and Mary Magdalene
    And much more!
Meg Calvin guides women through spiritual integration, embodied wisdom, and sovereign self-trust, melding the ministerial with the metaphysical. Her forthcoming novel, There, He Holds Her, explores generational trauma, spirituality beyond institutional control, and the divine feminine.

Embracing Paradox through Tao Te Ching: with Prashanthi Amarnath

    24/03/2026 | 1h 13 mins.
In this episode, I sit down with Prashanthi Amarnath for a discussion on Tao Te Ching, the paradoxical nature of truth, and the ways we interpret our lives as sacred scripture.
Prashanthi Amarnath is a writer, translator, and contemplative practitioner exploring the Tao as a lived experience rather than a philosophical concept. Through her book, Embracing Paradox, she offers a deeply human, accessible translation of Tao Te Ching that explores the Tao as an embodied reality.
Every translation of a sacred text is ultimately an interpretation. Leading us back to how we read our own holy text — ourselves.
We are the living book of the Real, the walking Bible, Quran, Tao, Gita… And the way we interpret our own lives changes with the context that we live in.
We don’t see ourselves in the same way we did 10 years ago. Every second a new reality is born. It’s up to us to see it, interpret it, and make choices that shape a new reality.
This conversation is a heart-opening dive into the interpretation of the sacred and the nameless.
You can learn more about Prashanthi and read the first few chapters of her book on her website:

Finding "the One": Does One True Soulmate Really Exist?

    03/03/2026 | 39 mins.
When we talk about finding "the One," we are often shaped by ideas of one true soulmate, without whom we will always be incomplete. In this episode, I wanted to challenge this view and take an Akashic-level approach.
    I discuss:
    - does one true love really exist?
    - are we meant to be together with past life soulmates?
    - who past life soulmates really are
    - the energetic mechanisms behind irresistible attraction (including why we are drawn to people who are logically not very good for us)
    - personal choice and responsibility
    - is the future pre-ordained, or can we choose? and if we can choose, what do we actually choose?
I also offer Soul Relationship sessions for those who are struggling to figure out a relationship on their own.
