Independent Multi-Award Winning Tottenham Hotspur Fan Channel (Podcast) providing instant post-match analysis and previews to every single Spurs match along with a range of former players, managers & special guests. Last Word On Spurs returns with Tottenham Hotspur correspondent Martin Lipton for a packed discussion on the latest developments surrounding Spurs. We begin with the seismic news that Manchester City have been found guilty of serious breaches of the Premier League’s financial rules over a nine-season period. With the findings potentially having significant implications for the competition during the years in which City dominated English football, we ask the question: do Tottenham have any legitimate claim to have been denied trophies, opportunities or sporting success as a result? And, if so, what could Spurs realistically expect to happen now? The Premier League has confirmed that the question of sanctions remains to be decided, with City also having the right to appeal the findings. We then turn our attention to Roberto De Zerbi's start to the season with Spurs. With results failing to meet expectations, is the Italian already under pressure to deliver, or does he need time to implement his ideas and build a team in his own image? We discuss the expectations surrounding De Zerbi and what constitutes a realistic timeline for improvement. There is also concern over Jan Paul Van Hecke after the Tottenham defender picked up a knock while away on international duty with the Netherlands. We assess the potential implications for Spurs as we await further news on the extent of the injury. Finally, we take a wider look at Tottenham's realistic ambitions for the season. With Spurs currently bottom of the Premier League table, already out of the Carabao Cup and with significant work still required to improve results both home and away, what can supporters realistically expect from the campaign from this point forward?

Manchester City have been found guilty of the vast majority of the 115 Premier League charges.

Former Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino says fans "lived through a period of deception." So where does that leave Tottenham?

Jake Robson (An Echo of Glory), Ricky Sacks (Last Word on Spurs) and Sim (We Are Tottenham TV) spend the whole show on it, and they don't agree.

Did City and Chelsea cost Spurs trophies during the Poch years? Does the verdict change how we judge Daniel Levy's tenure? He planned the club around the financial rules everyone else was meant to follow.

Is that a defence, or was it naive? Did he fail to adapt once it was obvious those rules weren't being enforced? And what should a fair punishment look like now, when you can't turn back time? Is Levy's reputation due a rewrite?

Collectively COYS: three Spurs channels, one debate, every week.

As we navigate our way through this three-week International break we're joined by Tottenham Hotspur supporter and and founder of the award-winning show Tactics Exposed, covering Premier League and international tactics and analysis in Dean Scoggins.

Dean has 20 years of experience in journalism, both breaking exclusive stories, writing headlines and leading production of the SunSport section.

Dean explains why Tottenham MUST keep faith with De Zerbi’s tactics despite being rock bottom of Premier League. Dean illustrates that Spurs lead the league in several statistical categories, including successful take-ons, progressive passes and corners – although they are 18th in expected goals. Despite their blunt attack and lack of points, there are tactical reasons for Tottenham fans to remain optimistic.

We also wrap-up the very latest news around Spurs including how Tottenham Hotspur are among the Premier League clubs that could have grounds to seek financial compensation after Manchester City are found guilty of 114 of the 115 charges against them.

We also reflect on Andy Robertson's interview with The Overlap and also Lucas Bergvall's comments whilst on tour with Sweden while discussing how much expectations have shifted since the start of the season.

We're joined by a very special guest in Harrison, who is a Tactical Analyst from The Overlap Breakdown who helps us take a closer look at the metrics and whether Tottenham Hotspur are really as bad as the table and results suggest so far under Roberto De Zerbi.

Despite only scoring twice from open play with consolation goals from Aston Villa, Harrison breaks down De Zerbi’s tactics, looking at some of the attacking patterns starting to emerge and explaining why he believes this is a team that could really click into gear.

With so many new signings still learning how to combine and understand each other on the pitch, Spurs may simply need time for everything to come together.

Five games in, two points, two goals, and Spurs are rooted to the bottom of the Premier League after spending over £300m in the summer. Three fan channels, three different views, one very uncomfortable question: how worried should we actually be?

We're debating:

Has this start changed what you expect from the season? Top half, Europe, or just safety?

When does the De Zerbi project get judged?

Is "give him time" still a fair position, or has that window already started closing?

Fatigue and condition: with 11 players at the World Cup and the full squad only together ten days before Everton, is this a genuine excuse or a convenient one?

Bring your own take in the comments. The best ones get read out next week.

Featuring hosts from An Echo of Glory, Last Word on Spurs and We Are Tottenham TV.
