After a few weeks out from podcasting im back with another guest and this week im talking to my friend Rick watson down in North carolina , i wanted to get Rick back on to check in on life in America and how they feel about being in another war nobody wanted and how the President was never about America first but power , control and money first . This isnt a political episode and we intentionally dont get into the weeds about the wars, Israel or any of that , its just an interesting chat with a guy who is very articulate and can summerize the feeling very well, so sit back and enjoy this episode

This week im talking to Colo Taskowitz from Hawaii Hurling club, Colo is a jersey shore native who started the hurling club in O'ahu , Hawaii and she plays GAA with the same passion and drive as if she was born and raised in newtownshandrum County Cork, with many years of playing camogie under her belt she passes on her knowledge and experience to anyone willing to play. I’m buzzing for this week’s episode — I had the pleasure of talking to the amazing Kelsi Mayne.

She is one of Canada’s most decorated independent country artists, and we chatted about her new single “Can’t Sleep.”
