  • 5. Managing your thoughts
In this episode of The Inside Light Podcast, I dive into the timeless wisdom of Dr. Wayne Dyer on how to manage your thoughts and align with your higher self. Inspired by his teachings, I explore four key principles for mastering the mind:✨ Banish the doubt – shift from self-criticism to self-approval. ✨ Cultivate the witness – observe your thoughts rather than being controlled by them. ✨ Tame the ego – soften judgment and comparison by choosing kindness and service. ✨ Shut down the inner dialogue – quiet the mental chatter and reconnect with silence, where wisdom lives.Alongside Dyer’s insights, I weave in reflections from spiritual teachers like Eckhart Tolle, Louise Hay, Michael Singer, Byron Katie, and Rumi. This episode is a practical guide to quieting the mind, deepening your self-trust, and living from the peace of your higher self.

  • 4. ADHD, Autism and PDA – A late diagnosis and parenting journey
In this episode, I share my personal journey of being late-diagnosed with AUDHD (Autism + ADHD) and how it has reshaped the way I see myself and my life. I talk openly about the relief, grief, and empowerment that comes with finally having language for an experience I’ve lived all along.I also reflect on parenting my three children, all of whom are AUDHD and have PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) profiles. From the daily challenges to the moments of deep connection, I explore what it means to parent neurodivergent children while also unmasking and learning about my own neurodivergence. This conversation is about understanding, compassion, and real-life experience — the messy and beautiful reality of living and parenting in a neurodivergent family. My hope is that by sharing my story, other late-diagnosed women and parents walking a similar path will feel seen, validated, and less alone.

  • 2. Spiritual awakening
In this episode of The Inside Light, I open up about my own journey of spiritual awakening—what it really means to wake up on a soul level, and how it has unfolded for me.I explore the idea that we plan our lives before we arrive on Earth, that we’ve lived many lives before this one, and that our soul’s journey is ongoing. I share how science is beginning to point toward deeper truths about consciousness, supporting what spiritual teachers have been saying for centuries.Along the way, I’ve been inspired by some of the world’s leading voices in spiritual growth and healing, including Joe Dispenza, Dolores Cannon, Robert Schwartz, and Kyle Gray. Their teachings have helped me expand my understanding of what’s possible when we tune in to the unseen.I also talk about the practices that have become anchors on my path—meditation, journaling, connecting with nature, and learning to listen to and trust my inner guidance. These tools have opened me to endless possibilities, deeper wisdom, and a sense of alignment I never imagined.Spiritual awakening is beautiful and expansive, but it can also feel lonely and disorienting at times. This episode is an honest, heart-centered reflection on both the wonder and the challenges of awakening. If you’re on your own journey, I hope my story reminds you that you are never truly alone—and that the light within you is guiding the way.Journal prompts/soul questions in todays episode are: · What are you noticing around you?· And, how can you tune in more with the universe and all its messages and guidance?
