The Somatic Quest

I highly recommend to use headphones for this meditation. This meditation is intended as way to begin the healing of the inner child. So many of us were raised in family homes where our inner child wasn't safe to be fully seen, heard and expressed. We now have the amazing responsibility to give our inner child what they never received. This is one small step on this exciting path. I hope you enjoy it.

This is my first ever recorded meditation. The power of the mind to create and manifest is known by many of us. Personally I connect deeply with visualization mediations that allow us to connect to our desired outcome by feeling it present NOW. This is my first splash into this arena of mediation creation and I will be honest I was very hesitant to share this at first because I know its not the best that it could be BUT the number one rule of creation is to CREATE even when it feels difficult and hard and especially when you don't feel like the product is good enough.
