  • Rachel Cope: When God Invites Us to Slow Down
The world undoubtedly moves at a faster pace today than it did during any previous period of Church history but historian Rachel Cope is a believer that, in all generations, God often aids our conversion by inviting us (and sometimes forcing us) to slow down. God wants us to take whatever time we need and if it takes five years, that’s great—if it takes 50 years, that’s great. He’s not worried about the deadlines, He just wants us to be on the journey.”
