  • Depression as repressed anger - Building Confidence - EP 95
When I first heard the phrase "Depression can sometimes be repressed anger", it was like the stars aligned. I couldn't unsee the things I was angry about, but often I was told that "that's just how it is" or that there are bigger problems or that it wasn't actually a problem so I would then try not to be angry and would then find myself on the slippery slope down to feeling like there was no hope. In this episode I share how this has come up for me and some tips and tricks on how to work through it. If you would like help or support with this process, you can join my free Facebook community, tradeswomen owning their power, or if you would like 1:1 support or you are a business wanting to make the workplace better for tradeswomen and minorities, you can inquire through my website, louiseazzopardi.com This episode is proudly sponsored by midies.
