As everyone struggles to decide how to deal with Dahlia’s looming deadline, Klaus retreats because he knows the only person he can trust is himself. Most people take this as a sign of Klaus unraveling, getting increasingly nervous about if he will protect Hope (even though that’s his ONE goal but ok). Hayley stays with Hope in the St James Infirmary, but when Dahlia stops by and shows the magic is not solid, we return to Jackson and Hayley’s dumb plan from last week, but at least it’s a little smarter this time. Davina, Rebekah, and even Marcel return to the idea that Klaus needs to be put down, and actually have to tool to do it. Meanwhile Josh and Aiden are in love! Oh wait why are we hearing that creepy music and the talk of leaving town, uh oh. Finally we end with a big decision that we make it quite clear we do NOT agree with!Remember to rate, review, and share, brothers!Follow us in Instagram and TikTok @doppelgangerspodcast!

TO S2E18 - Night Has A Thousand Eyes
Dahlia has finally arrived in New Orleans, and she makes her presence known by possessing multiple civilians and giving a taste of her power in a fight at St Anne’s. Dahlia’s arrival prompts Elijah to have Josephine create a safe house at St James Infirmary for Hayley and Hope. Meanwhile, it encourages Jackson to come up with a stupid plan, which he loops Hayley into. Luckily, double agent Aiden was able to sabotage it quite easily. Meanwhile, Klaus teams up with his former opps Mikael and Davina to hijack Freya’s tools for a weapon to kill Dahlia (which Dahlia promptly destroys). But Klaus comes up with a smart backup plan which also accomplishes one of his longtime goals….Remember to rate, review, and share, brothers!Follow us on Instagram and TikTok @doppelgangerspodcast!

TO S2E17 - Exquisite Corpse
After fighting through last week, Eva Sinclair successfully gets a strong hold over Rebekah, and gets back to her passion in life, killing kids. Hope is targeted, but protected, and everyone else gets to work got save Rebekah, and eventually Davina. Elijah tests his new alliance with Josephine to get rid of Eva, but she is not following for “rebellious girl has passion” twice. Marcel is able to trap Eva with the anti-magic shackles, and enlists Vincent to get information from her. It looks like Vincent may not be as over Eva as it seems though, and he goes off script. Klaus uses the other pair of magic shackles on Freya, to bring her to get a spell from the only person Freya hates as much as Dahlia - Esther! Of course Esther sees the pain in Freya’s eyes and decides that means she is evil but it can’t possibly be Esther’s fault. Klaus makes progress trying to trust Freya, but their feud grows despite kinda being twins. Finally, we get one of the gaggiest deaths yet and yes, we fail the don’t say mother challenge again!Remember to rate, review, and share, brothers!Follow us on Instagram and TikTok @doppelgangerspodcast!

TO S2E16 - Save My Soul
It’s time for Mikaelson family brunch, where Freya’s true intentions are put into question. She tells her life story, which is so tragic and sympathetic it would be suspicious if it wasn’t 100% true. The wolves spend some time in the bayou, where Aiden begins to question Jackson’s leadership. Rebeva blacks out multiple times while Eva attempts to break out. Finally, Marcel brings in Cami to talk to Vincent, and we learn that he has a history with Eva. Remember to rate, review, and share, brothers!Follow us on Instagram and TikTok @doppelgangerspodcast!

TO S2E15 - They All Asked for You
With the packs officially unified it is time to put the werewolf army to work! Jackson, Hayley, and Klaus disagree on how and when to use the army, but naturally Klaus’s orders win out. Jackson struggles to be a good leader, instead focusing on Hayley, who is clearly focusing on forcing herself into the delusion of being in love with him. Just like with the werewolf army, Jackson is not putting himself in a good situation. Freya teams up with Finn to wake Mikael, who is happy to see the one kid he says he liked. But after the past couple weeks of Finn drama, Freya decides to protect him in an unconventional way. Freya finally gets to meet her other brothers, who unsurprisingly are wary of her trustworthiness. The rest of our team focus on finally answering the question, whose body is Rebekah in? Elijah and Gia meet with a witch matriarch (and familiar face for PLL fans!) while Marcel and Rebekah meet with a witch with the least New Orleans name ever. We end with three couples (only one being good), the starts of a werewolf mutiny, and the return of a child stealing witch, but not the one we have been waiting for.Remember to rate, review, and share, brothers!Follow us on Instagram and TikTok @doppelgangerspodcast!
