Transformational Leadership: Why is business flourishing in short supply
I would suggest that flourishing is in short supply because of lowered standards. Customers have become accustomed to airlines and railways that regularly delay flights/trains and dismiss passenger frustration; they’ve come to expect banks and other financial institutions to be more concerned with the bank’s financial wellbeing than the customers. Also, political narratives has been degraded to unimaginable levels. Let's explore in more depth.....
