Is a green eyed, Bigfoot type creature lurking around Central Pennsylvania?

Ricky had encounters with a strange, green-eyed Bigfoot-type creature when he was younger. Years later, his daughter may have encountered the same kind of creature in Central Pennsylvania. She initially thought she was looking at a bear but when the creature growled at her, the sound made her physically sick.
