A podcast that incorporates self-help with science. Each podcast episode is an audio love letter containing inspirational messages enveloped with science. Whatever background you have, this podcast will explain the science in simple, digestible ways. From feeling behind in life to struggling to fall asleep, each love letter will provide comfort and knowledge for different types of mental health-related situations. Hosted by Anne. Anne loves to listen to podcasts, especially on mental health and educational/scientific content, so she decided to combine her two passions and create a podcast of her own. She finds podcasts comforting as they make her feel less alone. She also loves learning new things while she’s getting other tasks done. She hopes that her podcast can have the same impact, if not better, on other people. Another goal of hers is to share her love for science with others, especially with people who feel that science isn’t that interesting! Anne has a BSc in science (medical science)(Hons).
