    580. My Toddler Had a Full Meltdown in Disney… and a Stranger Did THIS

    31/03/2026 | 13 mins.
A toddler meltdown at EPCOT turned into one of the most meaningful reminders I’ve had as a mom. In this episode, I’m sharing a real, raw story from our trip to Walt Disney World, a full-blown public meltdown, the pressure of parenting in front of a crowd, and the one simple thing a stranger said that completely shifted my day. We talk about staying calm during toddler tantrums, letting go of judgment, and why I’m making it my mission to speak more kindness into other moms’ lives (and how you can too).

    577. 3 Postpartum Mistakes That Make Recovery Harder Than It Needs to Be

    20/03/2026 | 31 mins.
Postpartum is one of the most intense and under-supported seasons of a woman’s life and one of the most important for long-term hormone health.
In this episode, I’m sharing three common postpartum mistakes I see women make and how to avoid them so you can better support your healing, hormones, and nervous system after birth.
We also talk about the real timeline of postpartum hormone recovery, what’s happening inside your body after pregnancy, and why the pressure to “bounce back” can actually work against your healing.
If postpartum has felt overwhelming, emotional, or exhausting, this episode will help you better understand what your body is going through and remind you that you’re not alone.
