What the fuck is a "pop astrologer," anyway?
In this episode, Britten talks with Tasha Beg of The Pop Astrologist about the strange and slippery divide between "pop astrology" and "real astrology," and what that divide reveals about seriousness, legitimacy, visibility, business, and belonging inside the astrological community.
At the center of the conversation is a larger question: why does astrology, a tradition that has itself so often been dismissed as unserious, sometimes seem to need an "unserious astrology" inside itself?
