In this Dark Moon download, Britten speaks from the dark moon in Capricorn at the closing edge of the lunar cycle, as Saturn reaches the final degree of Pisces and prepares to move into Aries. She shares why these are a form of self-regulation and names the phrase that has been coming through really loud at the end of this cycle: living your refusals.
Britten explores refusal as a sacred Saturnian function. An integrity-based "no" that clarifies what is loving, fair, and generative, and locates agency and authority. Reflecting on how abundance begins with no, she invites listeners to refuse collapse, perfectionism, and silence. And explains how to move from compassion into action. As the energy shifts from Pisces to Aries, she calls forward self-trust, sacred irritation as information, and the courage to free up energy for the dreams that want to come into form.
