April Fool’s Day brings out the worst pranks on social media… and today Adrian and Jeremy debate one that’s everywhere: the fake pregnancy announcement.

A blogger is pleading with people to stop posting “positive test” pics and scan photos for a laugh — because for anyone dealing with infertility, IVF, miscarriage or stillbirth, it can be genuinely triggering and cruel.

Callers are split right down the middle. Danielle and Sarah share heartbreaking fertility journeys and ask for basic mindfulness… while others, including Jude, insist “offence is taken, not given” and tell everyone to toughen up.
