Mark and Alex continue their playthrough in FFXII by first continuing their prison break. The disgraced Captain Basch is discovered, and unintentionally along for the escape. The screw must make their way through an old, and massive, mine that is filled with many new enemies.

The boys are back with the next installment of the Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age! The gang makes their way back out of the Garamsythe Waterway, picking up some mysterious woman named Amalia and fighting a few bosses, when they're captured by none other than Vayne and the imperials. It's tough love for Vaan, Penelo told you so bucko, and we all end up in prison at the Nalbina Fortress.

Mark and Alex talk with good ol' Dalan to discover the 'secret' passageway into the Palace treasury. After verbally assaulting a few guards, the boys make it inside and find a massive gem. After an initial confrontation, we're introduced to the next 2 characters that join the crew- Balthier and Fran.

The boys continue the story in Final Fantasy XII and take on some minor side-quests. Vaan and Penelo watch the procession for their new consul, Vayne, and Vaan gets the idea to bust into the palace to steal ("take back") some treasures. First though, Hunt No. 02: Wolf in the Wastes needs to be hunted down as well as No. 03 : Dalmasca's Desert Bloom which will open up after No. 2. Lastly, the story continues by speaking to Dalan, heading to Giza Plains, and meeting Penelo who joins the party.

Mark and Alex are back with a fresh start in the next Final Fantasy series title, Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age! This is by far one of the boys' favorite RPG's, and the story begins by laying the groundwork of a power struggle between civilizations. Many new faces are introduced and new systems need to be learned as this title is quite different than all of the previous Final Fantasy games. After meeting the main protagonist, Vaan, the boys worked their way through the story and take on the first hunt, Hunt No. 01: Rogue Tomato.
