    In this episode of The Danette May Show, I share the story of my off-grid Grand Canyon rafting and camping trip, and the scorpion sting that became unexpected medicine. For 7 days, I slept under the stars, rafted through sacred canyon waters, explored ancient walls over a billion years old, and experienced a deep nervous system reset away from phones, emails, and the noise of everyday life.
    I also share what happened when I was stung by a scorpion at the base of the Little Colorado River, a sacred place connected to Hopi origin stories, and how that moment brought me back into my body, my boundaries, and a deeper understanding of healing and transformation.
