    Now that we have passed 100 Reframe & Reset Your Career podcast episodes, I wanted to experiment a little more with the podcast. In that spirit, I wanted to conduct a small experiment by recording my first solo episode and share some insights that I have picked up from starting a podcast and also some strategies that have helped me in a couple of situations where I have faced challenging circumstances.
