What comes to mind when you hear the word generosity?
In our newest episode of the Renew Life Church Ireland Podcast, we are talking all around our core value of generosity.
For many of us, it's easy to think about money—but Biblical generosity goes much deeper than that. In this episode, we're exploring how generosity is ultimately a reflection of God's own heart.
From John 3:16 to the early church in Acts 2, Scripture reveals that our God is a generous Father who gave His very best. As followers of Jesus, we're invited to live the same way—with open hands, open hearts, and a perspective that recognizes everything we have belongs to Him.
We'll discuss why Jesus spoke so often about money, how generosity breaks the grip that possessions can have on our hearts, the Biblical foundation of tithing, and what it looks like to be generous with not only our finances, but also our time, encouragement, service, and worship.

Humility isn't weakness—it's strength surrendered to God.
In this episode, we take an honest look at one of the greatest obstacles to spiritual growth: pride. While our culture often celebrates self-promotion, independence, and being "right," Scripture paints a very different picture. The Bible tells us that God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.
Together, we'll explore what pride really looks like beneath the surface—from always needing to be right, resisting correction, making excuses, and constantly drawing attention to ourselves, to the subtle attitude that says, "I want to be the god of my own life." We'll also look at why God hates pride, how it led to Satan's downfall, and how it can create destruction in our own lives if left unchecked.
Most importantly, we'll examine the ultimate example of humility: Jesus. His willingness to humble Himself, even unto death, made a way for our salvation and restored our access to the Father.
