A group of teenage boyscouts heads to a remote island for what should be a normal weekend camping trip, but everything changes when a severely emaciated stranger appears at their cabin with an insatiable hunger. Their Scoutmaster, Tim, quickly realizes the man is infected with something horrifying, leaving the boys isolated with a rapidly spreading parasite, dwindling resources, and absolutely no adults left to save them.
