Beastie and his bestie, Bellica, are tiny dogs moving to Rancho Cucamonga. Little do they know that this is the heart of the Inland Empire. Their new neighbor, the Empire's powerful king, IS A CAT! Not only has the king banned dogs from his neighborhood, he has powers of magic. Little Beastie and Bellica will have to face big challenges if they are going to survive this move. Luckily, courage isn't measured by size.
