On Season 3 Episode 8 of Little Warriors host Rebecca Horan talks to Pat Kane. Pat is a creative sustainability advocate, a storyteller, founder and speaker. Pat is parenting two young boys with her husband in Dublin. She hails from Brazil and moved to Dublin with her Irish husband after meeting him while working in the Caribbean many years ago. Pat is a sustainability advocate and a strategist and is very outspoken on world issues on her Instagram page. Pat opened up to Rebecca about how she feels about living a sustainable lifestyle and how she raises her two young boys to respect our planet and the people on it. Sadly Pat also bravely opened up about childhood sexual abuse at the hands of a man she knew very well.

Sorcha is an Intuitive Coach and Spiritual Mentor, she works with adults and children to help them remember their truth, purpose and align with their soul path in unsettled times and times of uncertainity. Sorcha had her own anxious periods as a child, she tells Rebecca that she always felt hugely in tune with her emotions and was an empath, this led to a series of panic attacks in her 20s and a new direction in her life. These issues include chronic constipation, bed-wetting, toilet training and so much more.
