One of Phil’s former colleagues, Quentin McDermott, joins him from Australia to report on the remarkable case of Kathleen Folbigg - one of the greatest miscarriages of justice of our age.After four of her children died under the age of 20 months, Kathleen Folbigg was charged and convicted of their murder in 2003.
