In last weeks show René Borg from Running Coach Ireland took over the presenter role as he asked our usual presenter Eoin Flynn the questions as we reflected on the World Masters Mountain Running Championships.
Ireland picked up 6 individual medals and 19 teams medals including 3 Irish teams being declared World Champions including Eoins´ 045 team and Ireland also had an individual World Champion in Majella Diskin in the W70 category. What a few days it was!
Eoin also gave us a quick overview of the UTMB European Major, Val Daran by UTMB where he was working for the week, a race that included two big controversial moments involving the race leaders.
