This week we’re flying solo as Jeffo tells the story of his recent trip to Manchester… and how, what should’ve been a quick innocent getaway with his little brother turned into absolute chaos 🤣

From taking on The Cube experience, to his brothers ID being robbed, to the heartbreak of match tickets falling through at the last second 😩 and somehow ending with him fainting in public and needing help from a random woman 👀

Meanwhile, Conor had his own drama at home after helping his nanny up from a fall… only for an awkward comment from a neighbour to make the whole situation unbelievably uncomfortable 😳 So much so he nearly left her on the ground 🤣

This week we’re joined by the sound fella himself, Alex Nolan 🙌

Alex opens up about the controversy he found himself in last year after a silly mistake he made as an 18 year old and how badly it affected his mental health! But thankfully he turned a negative into a positive and got motivation to help others and build his new empire — Built Not Given 💪🏻

We also chat about him finding faith, well, we tried but we couldn’t help but laugh 🤣 Of course we asked him why he’s not funny anymore now that he’s posting more motivational and gym content 🤣 (He’s still funny)

Alex really is building something special and is using his platform to help others better themselves 🙏🏻

Dany tells one of the maddest stories we’ve ever heard – involving his mate getting a full round of applause in the pub 👏🏻🙄 while Taylor shares the time he got swarmed by a gang of 6-year-olds just trying to collect his munchie box from the Chinese 😂
