We kick off today’s show with a debrief about yesterday’s trip to the Crawley Industrial Estate - which Joe absolutely loved. But it did make David realise how much of his time working there he spent daydreaming. And it turns out Joe did too, when he still had a full time job and was doing stand-up in the evenings. David’s staying near Crawley for a few days, so he’s taking the opportunity to visit the industrial estate where he had quite a few jobs in his 20s and early 30s. It’s the perfect occasion for an ‘on-location’ episode, so he’s called Joe on Zoom to join him for the adventure.
