After 20 years of working for a major UK high street retail bank, Paul jumped ship to retrain as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, sports therapist, sports nutritionist...and other things! Specialising in Phase IV cardiac rehab and special populations, Paul developed his businesses, opening his own Personal Training studios with his then business partner. After 17 years together, Paul now has his own Personal Training gym, continues to run group exercise classes and personal training sessions online and uses his NLP skills to continue to support his clients both inside and outside their training sessions.
