In this episode, Sam’s guest is Kathryn Pope, a colourful, intuitive and creative executive, team and resilience coach and supervisor. In the late 1990’a whilst a marketing director in the oil industry, she luckily discovered coaching and knew she’d found her space. A deep curiosity and love of learning have provided many adventures, fabulous clients, amazing friends and colleagues around the world and an ever-growing, eclectic toolkit. She volunteered for 10 years for ICF in various UK, EMEA and global roles to help grow and build the profession.

In this episode, Sam's guest is Dr Carole Pemberton, an experienced executive coach and coach supervisor. Her career from its inception has been focussed on enabling success from working with disabled school leavers, to students, artists and for the last 30 years, business executives. Her work has involved issues of career, confidence, transitions, resilience and loss.

In this episode, Sam’s guest is Graham Lee, a leadership coach, coach supervisor and author whose work explores how emotional states shape behaviour, presence and relational effectiveness under pressure. Drawing on decades of experience in psychotherapy, coaching, mindfulness and leadership development, he helps coaches, consultants and leaders work with the deeper emotional patterns that can limit choice, courage and connection. His current work centres on Breakthrough Conversations, an approach that supports people to move beyond insight into embodied shifts in how they relate, lead and act. His most recent book is ‘Breakthrough Conversations for Coaches Consultants and Leaders’ (Routledge, 2022).

In this episode, Sam's guest is Jennifer Powell, an experienced executive and team coach. Jennifer brings her many years’ experience at a senior level as a culture change and communications strategist and consultant to her executive coaching. She aims to hold unconditional positive regard for each of her client’s ability to change. Her clients find her warm, confident, challenging and humorous - sometimes all in one session.

In this episode, Sam's guest is Claire Palmer, an experienced executive coach, award-winning supervisor and long-time advocate for the coaching profession. One of the first ICF members in the UK, she went on to serve on the board and as UK ICF Chapter Chair and her contribution to shaping the early definitions of coaching supervision was recognised with a Contribution to Coaching Supervision award from Coaching at Work. She is also the author of A Little Witch in Waiting, a collection of magical, mystical stories.
