The final days of Virgo Season are here, and then we move through the Libra Equinox on September 22, opening a new seasonal chapter centered on balance, relationships, reciprocity, and conscious connection. Yet this Libra Season carries unusual emotional depth as Venus moves slowly through Scorpio, following her opposition to Chiron and square to Pluto in Aquarius, revealing deeper layers around relationships, finances, self-worth, feminine energies, power dynamics, and what must ultimately transform during the months ahead. Chiron retrograde re-enters Aries on September 17, beginning its final seven-month passage through Aries until April 14, 2027, and inviting us to recognize how much we have healed since 2018 around identity, authenticity, independence, courage, and the right to fully be ourselves. Mercury in Libra also creates an important decision-making storyline, opposing Saturn retrograde in Aries at 10 degrees on Sept 18 before sextiling Jupiter in Leo at 21 deg on Sept 21. These two aspects to outer planets suggests that uncertainty or delays may initially require patience, reflection, and careful listening before greater clarity and confidence arrives early next week. As we cross the Equinox portal, the larger invitation is to notice what has become unbalanced, simplify what no longer deserves our energy, and become increasingly intentional about the people, relationships, experiences, and values we choose to prioritize. A deeply transformative Venus retrograde in Scorpio begins at 8 degrees on October 2–3, 2026 with a a 40-day cycle that invites us to revalue, reconsider, and reprioritize our relationships, finances, desires, values, and emotional investments. Venus retrograde in Scorpio takes us beneath the surface, revealing hidden feelings, unresolved wounds, power dynamics, fears, codependency, resentment, and places where we may have become overly entangled with others. This time is also ultimately asking us to reclaim our sovereignty, intuition, and emotional power. The astrology is especially intense because Venus makes three squares to Pluto in Aquarius at 3 degrees —September 15, October 19, and December 9—along with three oppositions to Chiron in Taurus at 0 degrees, beginning September 10, creating an extended healing journey around vulnerability, relationships, empowerment, and old emotional wounds. A major turning point arrives with the Venus Star Point at 0° Scorpio on October 24, which is also the final Scorpio Venus Star Point until 2181. This Venus Star Point is marking the completion of a roughly century-long Scorpio Venus cycle and a profound reset around feminine power, money, intimacy, sexuality, psychology, healing, and ancestral patterns. With Mercury also stationing retrograde in Scorpio on October 24, relationships, shared resources, motivations, agreements, and hidden truths may require even deeper review. This intense Venus retrograde asks us to trust what we feel, recognize what has reached completion, release what is no longer energetically aligned, and emerge with clearer values, healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, and a renewed relationship with our own power. The Virgo New Moon on September 10 arrives alongside Venus entering Scorpio, Mercury entering Libra, and Uranus stationing retrograde in Gemini, activating more information, stories, and revelations coming to light in this cycle. The Virgo New Moon offers a supportive reset, encouraging us to simplify, declutter, improve our habits, and make practical changes that better support our physical, mental, and energetic well-being. Mercury’s movement into Libra activates a flowing air grand trine with Uranus and Pluto that can accelerate conversations, ideas, plans, breakthroughs, and important new information. Yet beneath this forward movement, deeper emotional material is emerging as Venus enters Scorpio and begins an intense journey opposing Chiron and squaring Pluto, revealing what has been hidden, manipulated, wounded, or left unresolved. Venus in Scorpio is under stress and asking us to trust what we intuitively sense even before we have the full story. Uranus retrograde in Gemini also begins a larger review of how we communicate, consume information, use technology, and spend our mental energy, potentially inspiring healthier boundaries with social media and our digital lives. Finally, Black Moon Lilith enters Capricorn on September 14 for a nine-month journey that awakens themes of sovereignty, authority, ambition, success, and unapologetic personal power, revealing where we are no longer willing to diminish ourselves or conform to expectations that suppress who we truly are.
