Two questions here, can Declarer pick up their card and then can Declarer ask opponents if they have run out of the suit that was led
The sequence of play was LHO played a suit, declarer won in dummy, RHO discards and Declarer plays low – then RHO says oh I have a card in the suit and plays a winning card
Yes Declarer can pick up their card and replace it BUT...... did you know that Declarer can ask opponents if they have no more cards in that suit
