The Plot Thickens

How has this day come? Are we really, truly, finally on Season 3 of our start-to-finish recaps of My Big Fat Fabulous Life? Yes (you're sayin' yes, right?) we sure are! And don't you worry, Season 3 doesn’t take a MINUTE to get up to speed - there's a medical emergency in the first episode! Plus, we've got adorable animals, a twist in a character's love life (hint: it's already been going on for months...), and a multi-hour Dance-a-Thon! Will Whit's new lifestyle changes help her push through the nonstop dancing, or will she crumble under pressure (and a potential "heart attacky" issue)? Tune in now to find out!! 

This week, though we’re back with more of everyone’s least favorite recap “the Skinny,” we’re shaking things up and adding guests to the interview couch, and thank God because it’s cutting some of the tension between Whit and Mike Kane! We think it’s safe to say that there’s no one we’d rather hear from about Whitney’s life choices than Babs and Glenn - and they’re here to answer all our burning questions! Babs and Glenn reveal behind the scenes insights, talk about intimate moments and finally dish on some of the drama involved in MBFFL! 

There’s a lot to look back on this season - what hasn’t Whit done (besides lose weight)? She’s ridden a bike, traveled cross country, promoted her No BS (still unclear what that stands for) campaign and much, much more! She’s even found love with Lennie! Season 2 was certainly a season to remember, so all that’s left to do now is look back on it with The Skinny - and don’t  worry, it’s not lost on us that we’re dropping this episode right when New Year’s Eve hits! But there’s too much content to squeeze into just one episode, so stay tuned for more next week! 

Today, Whitney's joining forces with Dancing Man in Los Angeles and getting her groove on at a body positive dancing event! Even though she's just part of an ensemble in a very of-the-time flashmob, Whit is feeling the pressure and wanting to put her best foot (and disappearing/reappearing dress) forward at all costs - set aside the fact that this event is about Dancing Man and his struggles to dance as a big boy. Will Whitney perform on the dance floor or will it be a big flop? Or will she do so well that she gets a little excited and makes a massive confession to Lennie? Only listening will tell! 

When Whit's boss at the Greenboro Grasshoppers asks her to fill in for the stadium's beloved hype man, Spaz, Whit doesn't know if she's up to the task. Spaz's job is a big one, and he's leaving some big shoes to fill as he heads off to a wedding and can't be around for the game! But with some training help from Sean at the Clerb, a new jersey and a fresh nickname ("Big Whit"), Whitney finds that she’s not only up to the task, she might be willing to fill in for Spaz again!
