Healthy Minds w/ Anthony Pecorella and Charley Baker
In the first episode of UNCUT College Park’s newest series, Terp Talks, host Julia Joseph speaks to University of Maryland football player Anthony Pecorella and University of Maryland cheerleader Charley Baker about their instagram account ‘Healthy Minds’. This account was created to raise awareness about mental health and to break up the negative stigma that surrounds it. Through Healthy Minds, Anthony and Charley explain that it is difficult for people to reach out for help when dealing with their mental health, but we learn that you just need to find that one person you trust to make all of the difference.

There’s More to Life Than Hitting a Curveball w/ Maxwell Costes
In the first episode of UNCUT College Park's new series "Beneath the Shell, host Evan Lynch and Co-Director of Videography Tino Quagliata go in depth with junior first baseman Maxwell Costes on his journey to becoming a Terp. Maxwell discusses overcoming difficult circumstances to make it to the collegiate level, being an ambassador for those like him, the responsibilities an athlete holds that extend beyond the playing field, and much more. Maxwell's story centers on stressing that "life is more than just hitting a curveball."
Student-led and athlete-driven, with a commitment to authenticity, UNCUT provides a platform for student-athletes to speak in a way that has not yet been seen at the collegiate level. We are very excited to bring you our first episode in our series called “Beneath the Shell” where we go one-on-one with one of our student athletes to dig deep into their journey of becoming a Terp.
