Welcome back to UNDRESSED: THE HAUTE SEAT with Sky Askari, where couture meets chaos and absolutely nothing is off limits.. Welcome back to UNDRESSED: THE INTERVIEW as we continue our unforgettable conversation with Valley Persian Style star Sky Askari. Katie Ginella is back and we close out the week with one of our favorite traditions: the Armenian coffee reading. What starts as a fun conversation quickly turns into an incredibly personal and surprisingly moving experience as Katie opens up about identity, family, friendship, and what comes next after her whirlwind journey through reality television.

As Pol' studies Katie’s coffee grounds, he immediately sees three major trips in her future—including a life-changing journey that will completely alter her perspective. While Katie initially thinks of upcoming trips to Montana, New York, and her tenth wedding anniversary getaway with husband Matt Ginella, the conversation takes a profound turn when Korea enters the picture. Pol predicts that one trip, in particular, will transform her emotionally, giving her a stronger foundation and helping her finally feel grounded in a way she never has before.

Katie becomes emotional as the reading shifts toward her adoption story. She reveals that her birth name was Junghwa, which means “pure,” and is stunned to discover that her adoptive name, Katie, carries the same meaning.
