We Fix Space Junk

Hello, we're back! We're here to make a quick announcement -- and it's the one you've all been waiting for!

Just in time for our eighth anniversary, the seventh season of We Fix Space Junk is finally ready for release!

The mathematically-minded amongst you may also know it as the long-awaited Season Four, but it is, technically, the seventh season! What with Marilyn's diary, Microbytes and so on in between them.

Episode One of Season Four will be released on our Patreon feed on the 16th March, eight years after Season One, Episode One first aired.

We'll be releasing to our general feed a week later, starting on the 23rd of March! Episodes will go out biweekly, and they'll be a week earlier on our ad-free Patreon feed.

We didn't think when we first put out our first season in 2018 that we'd be where we are eight years later. It's been a wild ride and we've learned a hell of a lot in that time about writing, producing, acting and, honestly, about ourselves.

It's been a hard road, but we made it.

Hey! I’m sure you’re all keen for some news; keep your eyes and ears open for some Space Junk Season 4 news over the next month! In the meantime, we wanted to share a trailer for a new sci-fi audio drama from Voyage Media. It’s been created by the Neese Twins, aka the producers of Netflix’s Umbrella Academy, and stars Priah Ferguson, aka the excellent Erica Sinclair in Stranger Things, as Dasha, our protagonist.

Hard Drive begins with Dasha inheriting a hard drive of her late grandfather’s memories. She begins to go through them, and as she does she uncovers a conspiracy of global proportions. It’s a mix of sci-fi, mystery, thriller and action and the first season is available to listen to right now.

Today we want to introduce you to How i Died, an award winning fiction podcast from Audiohm Media. The show follows Jon Spacer, a forensic pathologist with a secret ability to speak with the dead. When he takes a job in the small town of Springfield, a strange and shadowy place with an unusually high mortality rate, his abilities give him a bit more of an edge than their previous coroner.

I listened to episode one this week and really enjoyed it. I’m a big fan of Bones and other CSI-type shows, as well as enjoying supernatural crime shows so How I Died is my kind of vibe. As you might expect from a show like this, there are a lot of content warnings (listed below), but if you’re interested, listen on! This is episode 1, Shellfish.
