    EP 156 | Mindset Mini Series - Ep 2

    28/05/2026 | 8 mins.
In this second episode of the Mindset Mini Series, I’m inviting you to focus on one simple but powerful question throughout your week.

Because so often as moms, we look at our lives and either minimise our role in creating the beautiful parts… or we feel powerless to shift the parts that don’t feel aligned.

This episode is about stepping back into the driver’s seat of your own life.

    In this episode, I explore:

    - Why recognising your contribution to your life is so empowering
    - How giving yourself credit builds confidence and self-trust
    - The importance of acknowledging the courage behind your decisions
    - How this mindset shifts you out of “life is happening to me” thinking
    - Why recognising your contribution also gives you the power to create change

This week’s episode allows you to notice the ways you have shaped your relationships, your home, your family, your growth and your community… and to remind yourself that you are not just along for the ride.

You are creating your life every day.

    EP 155 | Mindset Mini Series - Ep 1

    21/05/2026 | 11 mins.
In this first episode of the Mindset Mini Series, I’m inviting you to slow down and focus on just one powerful reflective question for the week ahead.

Because when life feels full and your mental load feels heavy, personal growth can easily become another thing on the to-do list. So instead of overwhelming you with more information, this mini series is designed to give you one simple mindset focus each week. Something to gently reflect on as you move through your everyday life.

    In this episode, I explore:

    - Why so many of us instinctively “box up” our emotions
    - The difference between emotional avoidance and emotional resilience
    - How vulnerability can strengthen connection within your family
    - Why letting your children see appropriate emotional honesty matters
    - The subtle ways we edit our rawness without even realising it

    Enjoy!

EP 154 | How to conduct a heaviness audit

    14/05/2026 | 17 mins.
In this episode, I’m inviting you into a really simple but powerful practice that can create immediate lightness in your life… a heaviness audit.

This is something I come back to regularly, especially in seasons where things feel full, stretched or just a bit off. Because often, it’s not the big things weighing us down… it’s the quiet, hidden sandbags we’ve gotten so used to carrying that we don’t even notice them anymore.

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

    - How to identify the hidden things that are quietly weighing you down
    - The difference between physical, mental and emotional “sandbags”
    - Why avoiding small tasks or conversations can create long-term heaviness
    - How to start taking action so you can experience more lightness in your day-to-day life

EP 153 | The default mindset of being optimistic

    07/05/2026 | 16 mins.
In this episode, I’m sharing a big life update and the mindset lesson that came with it.

I’m unpacking why I don’t think optimism is just something you either have or don’t have, and how it can become a skill you build through practice, mindset work and intentional thinking.

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

    - What it can look like to move through big life changes with an optimistic mindset
    - How your default thinking can shape the way you experience stress and uncertainty
    - Why optimism is a skill you can build, even if it doesn’t feel natural right now
    - How practicing a more resourceful mindset can shift the way you move through challenges
    - Why choosing optimism can help your life feel lighter, more joyful and more supported

EP 152 | Why the most powerful work is in the hard emotions

    30/04/2026 | 24 mins.
In this episode, I’m talking about why some of the most powerful work we can do is learning how to sit with the hard emotions.

The ones we would usually want to run from, hide from, gloss over or shove down.

I’m talking about what it can look like to build emotional resilience as a mum, why this work can feel so uncomfortable, and how allowing emotions to be there can actually feel lighter than constantly trying to outrun them.

I share how I think about hard emotions, what it means to invite them in without letting them control you, and why this work has such a powerful ripple effect for ourselves, our kids and the people around us.

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

    - Why hard emotions don’t mean something has gone wrong
    - How to stop outrunning uncomfortable feelings
    - What it can look like to build emotional resilience in everyday life
    - Why sitting with emotions can feel less exhausting than avoiding them
    - How this work helps you feel more capable, connected and proud of yourself

You are strong enough to feel the hard things, and that every time you do, you are building a skill that will support you for years to come.
