Why were they happier for me when I was struggling?

    16/09/2026 | 32 mins.
“Why were they happier for me when I was struggling?”

Everyone loves telling you to dream bigger… until you actually fucking do it. When you’re struggling, everyone’s cheering you on. You’ve got this! You deserve it! Go for it!Then you start winning. Suddenly you’ve “changed.” You’re showing off. You’re obsessed with money. You think you’re better than everyone. Your marriage won’t last. Your face looks different. And God forbid you buy yourself a Bentley. Funny how that works.

This week on Uncut & Uncensored, Caroline is talking about something women don’t particularly like admitting: jealousy. We all feel it. Caroline included. But there’s a huge difference between looking at another woman and thinking, I want some of that for myself, and wanting to tear her down because she has it.

Because sometimes it’s not her handbag you want. It’s her financial freedom. It’s not her body. It’s her confidence.
It’s not her husband. It’s the way she feels when she’s with him. And maybe when another woman really gets under your skin, the question isn’t “What’s wrong with her?” Maybe it’s: “What does she have that I secretly want?”
This is a very unfiltered conversation about female friendship, jealousy, money, confidence, success, ageing, social media and learning to stop giving a shit about opinions from people whose lives you wouldn’t actually want.

& sometimes you don't need more advice, you need to change the room you’re in. To surround yourself with women who genuinely want to see you win, who inspire you to think bigger, and who celebrate your growth instead of asking you to make yourself smaller.

Stop asking for permission: Am I selfish for wanting it?

    09/09/2026 | 41 mins.
What if you have a good life… but deep down, you know you want more?
More freedom. More success. More money. More love. More sex. More adventure. More of you.
Am I selfish for wanting it?
This week, Caroline gets brutally open about why so many women reach their 40s and 50s still waiting for permission — from their husbands, children, parents, friends and even themselves — to live the life they actually want.
Caroline shares what happened when she stopped making decisions based on how they would look to everyone else.
Because midlife doesn’t have to be about winding down. It can be the moment you finally ask yourself: What do I actually want — and what would I do if I stopped worrying about everyone else’s opinion?
If you’ve ever wondered whether it’s too late to reinvent yourself, change your marriage, start a business, make more money, fall in love again, change your mind or simply want a bigger life, this episode is for you.
Nobody is coming with a permission slip. Your life begins when you stop needing one.
And if you’re ready for your own next chapter, join Caroline in the Maldives for the next Stanbury Retreat. An intimate group of women coming together to talk business, life, love and reinvention. There are only a few spaces remaining — because sometimes changing your life starts with changing the rooms you’re in.

Is the Hype Husband the New Alpha Male?

    02/09/2026 | 35 mins.
Do I need to make myself smaller to make the man I love feel bigger? Or am I simply with a man who can’t handle the woman I’ve become?

For generations, women were told the ideal man was the alpha male — successful, dominant, powerful, protective and very definitely the one leading the relationship. But what happens when she’s the successful one?

This week on Uncut & Uncensored, Caroline is joined by Sergio for a very personal — and predictably unfiltered — conversation about the rise of the “hype husband” and why a man proudly standing behind a powerful woman might actually be the ultimate sign of confidence.
From husbands taking the photos and carrying the handbags to men openly celebrating their wives’ careers, more women in the spotlight are showing the partners who help make their success possible.

But does supporting a powerful woman make a man less masculine — or does it take an incredibly secure man to do it?
Caroline and Sergio know this conversation better than most.
They get into male ego, successful women, money in marriage, age-gap relationships, masculinity, who really wears the trousers, supporting your partner’s career, building businesses together and what happens when a woman earns more than her husband.

So maybe we’ve been defining the alpha male incorrectly all along.
Maybe the strongest man in the room isn’t the one who needs to be more successful, earn more money or get more attention than his wife.
Maybe it’s the man confident enough to watch her shine and think: “That’s my wife.”

What if I want more... But I'm scared to lose what I have? With Gabby Bernstein

    26/08/2026 | 42 mins.
If I know deep down that I want more… am I brave enough to risk the life I have to find out what else is possible?
What if you know you want more from your life — more happiness, more money, more passion, more freedom — but you’re terrified that going after it could cost you everything you already have?

This week on Uncut & Uncensored, Caroline sits down with bestselling author and spiritual teacher Gabby Bernstein for an honest conversation about manifestation — but not the light a candle and wait for a Ferrari kind.

Gabby explains why manifesting isn’t simply about asking the universe for what you want. It’s about changing the beliefs that may be stopping you from believing you can have it in the first place.

Together, Caroline and Gabby get into the questions so many women are quietly asking themselves: Am I allowed to want more? What if I leave and regret it? What if I start again and fail? What if I’ve become too comfortable? And what if the life I’ve worked so hard to build isn’t actually the life I want anymore?

They dive deep into money and abundance, imposter syndrome, menopause, hormones, sex and intimacy, sexless marriages, self-worth, comparison, relationships and why women find it so difficult to put themselves first.

This isn't about blowing up your life tomorrow. It's about asking yourself whether you're making decisions from fear — or possibility.
Because maybe getting the life you want isn't about manifesting harder.
Maybe it starts with finally believing you're allowed to have it.

And if this conversation has left you thinking, “I know I’m ready for something more, I just don’t know what comes next,” then perhaps it’s time to give yourself the space to find out. This November, Caroline is bringing a carefully selected group of women together on a private island in the Maldives for the next Stanbury Retreat — four days away from the noise, expectations and everyday responsibilities to focus entirely on you, what you want, and the chapter you want to create next. If you feel like you’re at a turning point in your life, apply now to join Caroline in the Maldives, 14–17 November 2026.

    It isn't Vanity — It's Strategy

    20/08/2026 | 36 mins.
Am I waiting to feel confident before I start living like the woman I want to become?
Does the way you look actually change the way you perform — and could getting dressed be one of the most underrated tools for confidence and success?

In this episode of Uncut & Uncensored, Caroline gets honest about image, money, confidence, ageing and reinvention. After losing almost everything and rebuilding her life, businesses and identity, Caroline asks an uncomfortable question: does looking successful actually help you become more successful?

Dress as the woman you want to become before you've fully become her, why women are still judged differently as they age, the pressure to "dress your age," working from home without letting yourself disappear, and why confidence is sometimes something you put on until you remember it was yours all along.

If you've been waiting for the promotion, the money, the body, the relationship or the "right time" to finally show up as her — this episode is your reminder:
Wear the dress. Book the flight. Enter the room. Stop saving your best self for later.

And if you're ready to put yourself in a room with women who are doing exactly that, join Caroline this November for the Maldives Private Island Retreat. Applications are now open.
