In my best effort to learn something new on Veteran's Day, I took the opportunity to sit down with one of the most important people in my life. My Mom is the best, and I am not just saying that from an adult POV. She is one of the most caring, hard working, thoughtful, and loyal people I have come across. She has seen or sent almost every male and female member of her family off to the Military, most deploying overseas. Her perspective on being deployed is interesting, and something that I always was curious about. Enjoy!
