I used to spend over $2,000 a month on groceries for my family of five and we were STILL going over budget. Now I spend $1,200 and stick to it every single month. That's a 40% reduction, or $800 in savings every month!
And I'm doing it without extreme couponing, without buying ten newspapers every Sunday, and without rushing from store to store at 5am.
If your grocery bill has been creeping up and you feel like you can't control it, this video is for you.

Here's what changed for me:
I stopped shopping at just one store assuming they had the best prices
I got intentional with meal planning (really intentional)
I started doing most of my shopping decisions BEFORE I left the house
I eliminated the food waste from buying things I never used
I balanced HEALTH and SAVINGS together (no "just eat beans and rice" mentality)
What I'm NOT doing:
❌ Extreme couponing
❌ Rebate apps (though I'll teach you how, if you want to use them)
❌ Shopping at 10 different stores every week
❌ Sacrificing my family's health to save money
I went from being a full-time extreme couponer back in 2008–2012 (cutting coupons from 10 newspapers, working CVS and Walgreens deals) to completely letting go of that during my weight loss journey and Half Size Me launch. But when our grocery budget kept climbing year after year, I knew I had to do something. I just didn't want to go back to that exhausting coupon life.
So I figured out a simpler, more sustainable way. And now I'm teaching it.
In this video, I share:
Why I was so resistant to tackling my grocery budget (and what finally made me do it)
How we paid off $180,000 in debt using Dave Ramsey's methods
The difference between my old extreme couponing days and what I do now
Why your food bill is probably your second-highest expense (and why that matters)
How being intentional with planning saves more money than chasing deals
Why I didn't drop from $2,000 to $1,200 overnight (and why you shouldn't either)
The biggest mistake people make: buying "deals" that sabotage their weight loss goals
This is NOT just about saving money. It's about saving money while ALSO supporting your health and weight loss goals. I refuse to teach you to eat junk food all day just because it's cheap. We're going to do this the right way... together.

💰 My goal: Whatever you spend on this workshop, you make back many times over in grocery savings. If I'm saving $800/month using these methods, the workshop pays for itself almost immediately.
This is a DOING workshop, not just a learning workshop. I want you saving money by the end of week one.
