Norm Nathan's Vault of Silliness with Tony Nesbitt - Ep 233 - Not So Pitch Perfect
Let me begin with a question. I don’t know what the dealio is with the subscribers. 255, 254 then 260 and now 259? YouTube, you’re killin’ me smalls. Thank you.
Ok. What better way to close out the month of fools then to use a DBG from MAY 1st. The year was 1994.
A few broadcast notes before we get to the game:
Some brief static invades the show early and was a sign of the impending doom to come. We have a short section of garbled tape that IS audible to a degree. It’s funny as we slow down and speed up and that gives us our title: Not So Pitch Perfect
The worst of it only lasts approx. 5 minutes. After the 15.00 mark, the devil has been exorcised, and we return to clarity! Our title also describes the many puns and jokes that fail miserably.
Players:
Arlene in Philadelphia
Rick from PA
Mike in Billerica

About Norm Nathan's Vault of Silliness with Tony Nesbitt
Norm Nathan’s Vault of Silliness will air the personal collection of the Norm Nathan Show for which I produced on WBZ-AM from 1989 until his sudden passing on October 29th, 1996.
Norm spent 50+ years in Boston Broadcasting working at WCOP, WESX, WMEX, WHDH, WEEI, WRKO, WMRE and WBZ. Whether news, talk or music…he did it, sometimes combining them all.
Many of the recordings you will hear were sent to me by a fan and friend, Joan McCool. Others are from my personal collection.
They will air as recorded, with the warmth an old, analog tape recording provides. Some with good, ol’fashioned home editing of the play/pause button. And ALL with the ever-comforting voice of Uncle Norm.
Thank you just so darn much for tuning in!
